Qualifying for the 2024 Boston Marathon: Essential Information

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 2024 Boston Marathon, runners must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Certification:

* Participate in a marathon certified by USATF (USA Track and Field) or AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Road Races).

Qualifying Window:

* The qualifying window for the 2024 Boston Marathon is open from September 1, 2022, through the conclusion of the race.

Age Verification:

* Runners must be at least 18 years old on Marathon Monday, April 15, 2024.

Qualifying Time:
